I’m Nathan S Macchia. Throughout my career across business strategy, operations, and technology advisory, I’ve seen the exact same story unfold in organizations of every size: smart, driven teams working hard, but getting bogged down by fragmented processes, noisy toolsets, and conflicting priorities.
